Footnote: Pittsburgh's Lost Chinatown

Did you know Pittsburgh once had a Chinatown? Occupational therapy student Lydia Ott caught a glimpse of what life was like for her family when they settled there in the 1930s; she shares their story in the documentary “Pittsburgh’s Lost Chinatown.” “It’s really important as we train here, at the University of Pittsburgh, to see people who aren’t being seen,” Ott notes in the short film, which you can catch here:
